NOTICE TO BIDDERS RELATING TO SURPLUS PROPERTY
FOR SALE BY THE TUNICA COUNTY AIRPORT COMMISSION
.
Notice is hereby given that the Tunica County Airport Commission will
receive sealed bids from interested parties for the sale of certain surplus
property. Bids will be received until 11:00 o’clock a.m., on Tuesday, June 27,
2017, at the Airport’s office located at 209 South Airport Boulevard, Tunica,
Tunica County, Mississippi, 38676. Bidders should review the statement of the
terms and conditions of the sale and instructions to bidders now on file in the
Airport’s office at the address indicated above. Bids should be on a per item
basis for the items. Items will be required to be paid for within five days of the
acceptance the bid and notification to the bidder that they have submitted the
highest bid which has been accepted by the Board. All items shall be removed
from the Airport’s premises within five days after being paid for.
The Board reserves the right to take all bids under advisement for up to
forty-five (45) days and to reject all bids.
