    Job Description

     
     

    The Tunica Airport is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our airport Fixed Base Operator (FBO), The Tunica Air Center, as a Line Service Technician team member. This position represents The Tunica Air Center, the Tunica Airport and our community in a positive and professional manner while serving as an initial contact for our clientele, passengers and crew members. This role is primarily responsible for providing safe and exceptional customer services by performing all facets of aircraft and passenger ground handling operations.
     
     

    The Line Service Technician is a customer service position that is responsible for safety and support of all ground support operations for inbound and outbound aircraft, flight crews and passengers. Line Service Technicians are also function as a support and liaison person to other departments and businesses on the airport. Line Service Technicians are required to have good decision-making skills, being multi tasked while being problem resolution oriented, the ability to follow procedures and applicable rules and regulations, being flexible, make quick decisions in a dynamic working environment with excellent interpersonal skills.

     
     

    This position is part time, working on average 24 hours per week, shift assignment including weekends and holidays at the discretion of the Tunica Airport Commission. The Tunica Air Center’s normal hours of operations are 7:00am to 9:00pm 7 days a week. This position can require working outside of normal hours of operations to meet the needs and demands of the airport, customers and operations.
