Step 1
To Create a New Account. Click on the link to
set up your account.

Please fill out the appropriate information.
User must have a valid email address. You will
receive a conformation email to finalize your account login process.
Use “UTA” in the Airport/Org ID
Department ID will be “Operations”

After Checking your email and following the
confirmation link, please login with your credentials you set up.
After Logging in, Please select the “Video
Series” link on the left side of your screen.
Step 4
Please Select the “Airfield Safety &
Incursion Prevention” in the middle of the screen

Please Select the video you wish to watch,
There are six.
After Viewing all six videos, please proceed to
step six to take the quiz for each video, again there are six
quizzes.

To take the quizzes, please select the “My
History” link on top of the page.
Aside each video that you have viewed, The will
be a “Take a Test” link.
Please select each link to take each quiz.
